Return/Refund Policy

All purchases made in-store or online through Craft Beauty are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Craft Beauty is not liable for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost or stolen. If your package is missing despite being marked delivered, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as Craft Beauty is not responsible for reshipping orders due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

We are unable to resend orders to addresses with repeated delivery issues or a history of lost packages.
